Javier Tebas Medrano became president of LaLiga in April of 2013, after having been vice president and member of the Delegate Committee. He was previously president of SD Huesca. Lawyer from 1987, Tebas has been an advisor to different clubs and sports entities both Spanish and foreign and is a member of the boards of directors of different national and international associations. Thebes is also a professor of Master in Sports and Commerce subjects.



Peter Moore joined Liverpool FC as Executive Director in June of 2017, a role that led the LFC supporter for life to his hometown of Liverpool. Bringing his tremendous personal passion for sports, competition, games and Reds to paper; Peter is responsible for all commercial, commercial and operational areas of the Club, reporting directly to the Club property, Fenway Sports Group. Peter previously directed the EA Competitive Games Division, where he created new world competitions for EA franchises, such as FIFA, Madden NFL and Battlefield. Prior to that, Peter served as EA Operations Director, providing strategic leadership for all global operations that allowed EA to bring products to the market through retail and digital channels to the consumer.

He also served as president of EA SPORTS, overseeing the delivery of some of the best-selling sports video games from franchises such as FIFA, Madden NFL, NCAA Football and NHL. He also oversaw the growth of the FIFA Interactive World Cup, making it one of the largest game tournaments in the world. Peter has over 30 years of experience in games, entertainment and consumer products. He has held leadership positions as Corporate Vice President of Interactive Entertainment Business at Microsoft Corp., as President and Chief Operating Officer of SEGA of America and Senior Vice President of Marketing at Reebok International Ltd. Peter has a bachelor's degree from Keele University, United Kingdom. and a master's degree from California State University in Long Beach. He also currently serves as vice president of SpecialEffect, a nonprofit organization that uses technology to improve the quality of life of people with physical disabilities.



Yon, became President of the Mexican Football Federation (“FMF”) on July 15 of 2018, after being unanimously appointed by the FMF Assembly. In his previous position as Vice President of Sports for Grupo Televisa, the largest Spanish-language media company based in Mexico City, Yon de Luisa was responsible for all sports programs and broadcasts on Open and Pay TV Chanels, of the team of Club América football and Azteca Stadium. After graduating from Civil Engineering from the Iberomaericana University, Yon completed his Master in Business Administration at the University of Texas at Austin. Before participating in the sports industry, Yon worked more than a decade in the financial sector and as general manager. During the last 13 years, Yon has been involved in the management of football teams, stadiums and events of FIFA and CONCACAF as General Coordinator, as well as Director of the Local Organizing Committee for the FIFA World Cup U17 Mexico 2011. Yon was the Director of Mexico in the Joint Candidacy for the FIFA World Cup 2026.



Rahul Kadavakolu is Executive Director of the Global Marketing Supervision Department of Rakuten, Inc. He joined the company at 2016 to help lead and drive the global Rakuten brand and carry out marketing functions, including all sports and sports associations. entertainment. He has decisively contributed to Rakuten signing the collaboration agreements with the leaders of the world of sports and entertainment, such as  FC Barcelona, ​​Golden State Warriors, the NBA, Spartan Race and the Davis Cup, among others, as well as the multicontinental sponsorship of Messi10, a worldwide Cirque du Soleil show.

He also directed the portfolio of signings of high-level athletes such as Stephen Curry, Andrés Iniesta and Lukas Podolski, as well as Rakuten Brand Ambassadors, including the creation of a great partnership with the recent launch of Stephen Curry's Underground Tour, a project that gives life to the Rakuten brand commitment in 'Optimism' and 'Empowerment'.

Rahul has over 18 years of experience in global marketing and branding in several industries with a focus on the IT, Internet services and technology sectors. Before Rakuten, he held leadership positions in Wipro, Ogilvy and Hakuhodo. He has a degree in Commerce from Loyola College, Chennai, India, and is a big fan of cricket.



In this position, Ricardo leads the company's portfolio that includes sponsorships, collaborations and events, including the Olympics, FIFA, the Paralympics, record labels, film studios, the videogames industry and other world sports and entertainment companies.
Prior to this position, Ricardo was the senior vice president of Global Brand, Product & Sponsorships at Visa where he led all initiatives related to sponsorships for the NFL, FIFA, Olympics, dozens of athletes, as well as teams and federations around the world. Before Visa, Ricardo worked as Global Marketing Director with Danone in Paris. He also held various Marketing-related positions during his first 12 years at Coca-Cola, including Vice President of Business Unit Marketing in India and Southwest Asia, Director of Business Unit Marketing in Brazil, and Director of Global Sports Marketing.
Ricardo graduated in civil engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo and has a Master of Business Administration and Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation, both in Brazil.



World Football Summit, together with GSIC and LaLiga, want to invite startups with the ambition to transform the football, sports and entertainment industry to participate in this project.
