On November 15, 2021, training in basic life support, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and use of the DEA defibrillator was given at the Aguas de Sierra Elvia facilities.
Waters of Sierra Elvira is the first service company linked to the Integral Water Cycle that operates in the north of the Granada metropolitan area. Aguasvira is a company committed to cardiosecurity and the protection of its employees against sudden death.
Training in Basic Life Support and use of the AED
The course in Basic Life Support and use of the AED was given by our training team for companies. The 7 assistant workers from Aguas de Sierra Elvira received the necessary knowledge to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the event of witnessing an episode of sudden death in the company; in this way the fight for cardioprotection is strengthened.
Sudden death is a sudden and unexpected cardiac arrest that occurs in apparently healthy people. When cardiac arrest occurs, it is essential to act immediately, so having a defibrillator helps us reduce sequelae and increase the victim's chances of survival.
